SHIPPING and TRACKING GUIDELINES
USPS First-Class Mail Package Service is a flat-rate and includes a domestic tracking number.
ADULT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Due to the new federal PACT Act regulation, we are only shipping with "Adult Signature required" via USPS. Therefore, we can no longer ship to P.O Boxes. A resident of the recipient’s address is required to show a form of photo identification to the USPS delivery employee for age confirmation. This ensures that the package is not given to an underage person. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure that there will be an adult present to sign for the package on the estimated day of delivery, arrange pick up at the local post office, or schedule a more convenient day for delivery directly with USPS.
USPS estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. Transit time may be longer during holidays, and may be affected by weather, and other elements related to USPS routing and transit times. Delivery date is estimated, not guaranteed.
Orders will be shipped SAME DAY if the order is completed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday, and if the customer successfully verifies their age. All other orders will be shipped next business day (Monday-Friday) after the order is completed. Exceptions may be made to this policy during holidays, and other special circumstances which impact our same-day shipping guarantee.
All orders ship from Miami, FL. Our South Florida location contains only our shipping facility and offices; we do not have a storefront location for in-person orders, however, we do offer curbside pick up if you wish to place your order online and pick up at 2201 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS SUBMISSIONS
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address or phone number registered at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us. USPS Shipments can be tracked on the USPS website at: https://www.usps.com/manage/. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing or losing a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE
International shipping will be calculated upon check out depending on the size and weight of your package.
Shipping to the following countries is prohibited:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, England, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Hungary, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Portugal, Qatar, Seychelles, Singapore, Suriname, Switzerland, Thailand, UAE and Uruguay.
For USPS Shipments-Tracking information is limited to date of shipment and delivered date. Shipments can be delayed during processing in customs. USPS shipments are transferred to customs in your local country and into your local currency. Customers are always responsible for any import duties, custom, sales and other taxes imposed by your country. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFISCATED ITEMS IN CUSTOMS, TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL OR GET LOST. WE WILL NOT RE-SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risk. We will not list your item on a custom forms as a 'gift'. U.S. law prohibits us from doing this. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point.
LOST AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Puffin Vape Shop, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use.
AGE VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING DELAYS
Puffin Vape Shop uses an age verification system where the customer might need to upload a photo ID to validate legal age to purchase vaping products (this is only done with first time customers). If prompted to verify age with proof of photo Identification, please do so as soon as possible, as orders will not be shipped without proper authentication.
